Question 1

What is Jeff?

Accepted Answer

Jeff is your next AI workforce. Jeff executes complex IT operations through natural language, including user lifecycle, access control, cloud management, endpoint management, and firewall policies across 20+ integrations. Deployed securely on your infrastructure.

Question 2

How does Jeff keep my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Jeff is self-hosted in your environment, not a SaaS solution. Jeff does not hold your API keys or access your prompts. Jeff's AI module runs on AWS Bedrock on your own tenant, so data security equals your own AWS environment's security.

Question 3

Can I control what Jeff is allowed to do?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Jeff provides a detailed list of all functions it can execute. You can enable or disable each function in the settings tab, giving you granular control over Jeff's access. You can also create unlimited separate credential profiles for different departments with different access levels.

Question 4

Can Jeff run tasks on a schedule?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can ask Jeff to perform actions at scheduled times, create daily reports, check for suspicious nightly activity, and run scripts every hour.

Question 5

How does Jeff prevent unwanted actions?

Accepted Answer

Jeff enables you to review all actions before execution, so you can correct or change your prompt before final execution. Jeff also provides extensive monitoring of all executed prompts and syslog logs you can forward to your SIEM solution.

Question 6

Does Jeff support multiple languages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Jeff supports all languages, including interaction with non-English objects in your environment. You can also talk to Jeff directly using voice.
